In Morocco, we created an immersive program that focused primarily on the creative process. No outcomes were necessary, though many consequent outcomes were inevitable. The artists came together in the eastern Sahara of Morocco, supported by local host and accommodation partner, Cafe Tissardmine to fully integrate into the environment with their creative research, practice, experimentation, and process based work. The ideas were our focus, and the program included skill-share workshops, on-site symposia, collective discussion, and creative relationships to space, place, and people. Our final symposium was presented in London with no.w.here in Bethnal Green, along with a special 16mm experimental film and sound art performance by Terra Jean Long and Gil Delindro.
